Nadine Velazquez was born on November 20th, 1978. Nadine is a Chicago native and the daughter of Puerto Rican immigrants. She is the middle of 3 daughters.
Having lived in Hollywood for only three-and-one-half years, Velazquez has had roles in the feature films Biker Boyz, Chasing Papi, the action thriller Blast! (opposite Eddie Griffin and Vivica A. Fox), the horror film House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim -- and she will also appear alongside John Leguizamo in Sueno.
In addition to her burgeoning film career, Velazquez has worked on the HBO series Entourage, The Bold and the Beautiful, Resurrection Boulevard, and starred opposite Dennis Hopper and Chris Carmack in The Last Ride, a USA network movie.
She appeared in House of the Dead 2, the 2005 film Blast, and currently stars in the NBC series My Name Is Earl.
